About Us
ACHIPA is a non-government charity Organization based in Uganda that was founded to protect, support and advocate for the rights of children who are victims of neglect, poverty, religious differences, cultural beliefs and ignorance that leads to early-forced marriages, sexual harassment and loss of lives.
Who is a Child?
A child is a person, male or female, from 0 to 18 years of age. It’s believed that at this stage, a child is supposed to be under the guidance and care of his or her parents, caretakers, guardian and sometimes the government. Every child has the right to live, to access quality education, healthcare and basic needs.
